Grabel's Bagels, nestled in a local Chattanooga neighborhood, was conceived with a simple idea: bring a taste of classic New York-style bagels to our community. Our roots reflect a commitment to sharing the authentic New York bagel experience with the community. Adam Grabel, a native New Yorker, was raised in the heart of New York City with classic bagels embedded into family meals and get togethers. Having savored the iconic flavors of New York bagels for years, Adam set out to recreate that quintessential taste in the Scenic South. Thus, Grabel's Bagels was born, bringing the magic of New York-style bagels to our local community.

Our bagels are handcrafted, and boiled, adhering to the classic New York bagel-making tradition. Grabel's Bagel's has a strong focus on organic ingredients. We're not just about crafting classic bagels; it's a commitment to providing a healthier option that doesn't contain pesticides, additives, preservatives, or GMO's. We believe people of all ages should have access to healthier food using organic practices that doesn't compromise on quality, convenience, or affordability.

We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
